肺癌と免疫チェックポイント阻害薬に関する国際シンポジウム。
遅刻したため、残念ながら最初の2演題は聞き逃してしまった。

・国立がん研究センター東病院と大阪大学病院外科で2014年から2016年に完全切除された肺癌患者のうち、49人について切除肺と血液サンプルを検証
・扁平上皮癌21人、非扁平上皮癌28人
・CD8陽性T細胞の浸潤、PD-L1の発現、tumor mutational burdenはいずれも扁平上皮癌の方で有意に高度だった
・biomarkerとして有用そうな"factor X"について研究を進めているとのこと

・ICIs（almost Nivolumab）のadverse event
common: rash, arthralgia, thyroid dysfunction
uncommon, but severe: colitis, pneumonitis, hypophysitis, type I DM
・colitis
CT scan can detect early phase of colitis (if symptoms presented).

evaluation for fT3 or fT4, cortisol, ACTH at pre- and inter-treatment
TSH high, fT3 or fT4 normal: hypothyroidism
TSH low, fT3 or fT4 normal: hyperthyroidism
TSH normal, fT3 or fT4 normal: euthyroid or hypophysitis
symptoms: malaise, myalgia(on limb), diarrhea, hypereosinophilia etc.
・early onset ir-AEs are refered to favorable effects
治療開始後早期に甲状腺機能異常があると、治療効果も高い
